Services
MKT Trades & Services provides general trades and services, including but not limited to lawn care, turf installation, hedging, tree trimming, and other outdoor or subcontracted services as agreed.
All services are provided based on the scope discussed with the customer. Any changes to the scope of work may result in additional charges, which will be communicated where reasonably possible.
Quotes provided are estimates unless otherwise stated and may vary due to site conditions, access issues, or additional work requested.
Access and site conditions
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area at the agreed time. If access is restricted, unsafe, or unavailable, MKT Trades & Services reserves the right to reschedule or charge a call-out fee where appropriate.
Payment terms
Payment terms are as follows:
New customers: Payment is required within 24 hours of invoice issue.
Existing customers: Payment is required within 7 days of invoice issue, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices will be issued following completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
Late or unpaid invoices
If payment is not received within the stated timeframe, MKT Trades & Services reserves the right to:
Suspend future services until payment is received
Recover reasonable costs associated with overdue payments
Decline further work until the account is brought up to date
Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, we ask that you provide as much notice as possible. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation or call-out fee.
Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

The information on this website is provided for general information purposes only. While we make reasonable efforts to keep information up to date, we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or availability.
Limitation of liability
